Car history:
This is a rough but original Stingray that I pulled out of a gentleman's backyard that had started restoring years ago but never finished. The car is a major restoration project or could be used for parts as almost everything on it is original. The original 350 has already had all the machine work done to block and heads and is ready for reassembly. Most of the parts were neatly organized in labeled ziplock bags. Original carb, intake, distributor, exhaust manifolds are all there. Auto transmission is still in car and I assume is original also. The bumpers, grills, headlights and 4 AZ rally wheels are all included. A later model hood is included but the wiper door assembly is missing. The interior is mostly complete with Leather seats. The car sat since nineties outside, so the doors are rusty and rear kickups on the frame are rotted through. The rest of the frame appears solid. A really cheap way to get started on matching numbers project or use for the many valuable parts included. Sold for $4,005 on November 29, 2016. For sale again and no bid at starting $1969 on December 8, 2016.
